Our workouts are designed with motherhood in mind: effective, empowering, and adaptable for every fitness level. With classes that incorporate strength training, resistance bands, and community-driven motivation, you’ll feel supported and seen — not just as a mom, but as you. Our Story

Laura Kirkikis- Empowering Women Through Fitness
When I became a mom, I quickly realized that getting back into fitness wasn’t as simple as I thought it would be. It felt overwhelming — my body had changed, my time wasn’t my own, and I often felt isolated. What I really needed was connection. I needed to be around other moms who understood exactly what I was going through.
I joined a local mom workout group in the city I was living in at the time, and it truly saved me. It gave me more than just a space to exercise — it gave me community, support, and the confidence to start moving again. I didn’t feel alone anymore.
When I moved back home to New Orleans, I knew I wanted to bring that same experience to other moms. That’s how PowHer was born — a fitness community for moms of all stages, built on strength, support, and the belief that taking care of yourself is a powerful act of motherhood.
